Frenship ISD is proud to announce Brandon Justiss as the Head Tennis Coach for Frenship Memorial High School. With more than two decades of experience in coaching and education, Coach Justiss brings expertise, dedication, and a passion for student success to this new leadership position.
Coach Justiss began his career in Snyder, Texas, where he coached football, basketball, and tennis. He went on to serve 16 years in Frisco ISD as a tennis coach before joining the Frenship Family two years ago at Terra Vista Middle School. Over the course of his 21-year career, he has helped shape athletic programs and mentored countless student-athletes.
Coach Justiss is excited for the opportunity to open the new tennis program at Frenship Memorial High School and create a strong foundation for the future.
“Opening a program is very exciting. I’ve done it in Frisco and I am looking forward to building a program from the ground up,” said Justiss. “The players and parents have been great, and I can’t wait for our many firsts with the program.”
His favorite part about being in the Frenship Family is the relationships and support he’s received during his time in the district.
“I have only been here for two years and the relationships have been amazing,” said Justiss. “People genuinely care about you and want the best for you.”
As he looks forward to the school year ahead, Coach Justiss is grateful to be part of a district that prioritizes connection and growth, for students and staff alike.
Outside of coaching, Justiss enjoys spending time with hiswife, Erica, who will be serving as the Tennis Coach at Frenship Middle School next year. They have two children who attend Texas Tech University and are pursuing careers in finance.
Frenship ISD is proud to welcome Coach Justiss to this new role and is excited to watch the legacy he will begin to build at Frenship Memorial High School.
