Career Technical Education (CTE) provides students of all ages with academic knowledge, technical training, and soft skills needed to succeed in the workplace. Roughly 12.5 million high school and college students are enrolled in CTE programs across the nation.
The Frenship Memorial High School CTE program prepares successful college and career-bound students for high-skill, high-wage, and high-demand jobs through cultivating personal passion and active learning. CTE training is provided through a variety of instructional settings and levels including middle school career exploration courses, secondary programs, post-secondary certification, and customized training for employees in the workplace.
CTE programs provide students the practical experience they need to succeed through a combination of classroom instruction, hands-on laboratory work, and on-the-job training.
