Hello, 

 

My name is Jacob Roark, and I started with Frenship ISD as the strength and Conditioning coordinator the Summer of 2025. I have had the opportunity to have stops at Texas Tech University, Western Oregon University, Monterey High School, and TXL Sports Training as a strength and conditioning coach. I am excited to work with athletes in FISD, and develop a program that fits the needs of our kids. With some of the best facilities in the state of Texas our athletes will be prepared to handle the demands of their sports.
