Over the past 20 years I have established my goals to succeed. My motivation to succeed encouraged me to attend South Plains College while working a full-time job. I transferred to Texas Tech University to resume my education. During that period, I performed my responsibilities as a student, a wife, a mother of three beautiful daughters, and two wonderful grandchildren. I graduated with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in bilingual education as well as the Multidisciplinary Science certificate from Texas Tech University. 
 
My greatest strengths as an educator are to meet each student’s needs. I develop lesson plans, use teaching techniques to accommodate multiple learning styles and diversity. My goal is to increase students’ motivation, provide a safe environment, involve parents and families in school activities, and promote student learning...
