Hello my name is Javad Deshone, I hope to bring a wealth of experience and dedication to the field of law enforcement education. I began my career as a juvenile correctional officer, where I served for eight years, gaining invaluable insight into youth rehabilitation and the justice system.
Transitioning from the field to the classroom, I spent the next eight years teaching Law Enforcement courses at Frenship High School, where I inspired countless students to pursue careers in public service. My passion for education and criminal justice led me to launch a successful Law Program for Lubbock ISD, further expanding opportunities for students across the district.
Now I am proud to return to the Frenship community with the exciting opportunity to establish a new Law Enforcement Program at Frenship Memorial High School, where I hope to shape the next generation of leaders in law and public safety. My dedication to the field of education, bring a start to my 20th year of teaching.
