Hello, my name is Lenial (Len) Stapp. I graduated from Frenship Highschool in 1992, back when it was a small country school and amazed with how much Frenship ISD has grown. After Highschool I worked in transportation for many years and then decided to go to the Law Enforcement Academy at South Plains College. I was in law enforcement for about ten years as a police officer, deputy and a chief of police. After leaving law enforcement I took a position working with students at the Frenship 9th Grade Center as an Academic Assistant for two years and accepted a position here at Frenship Memorial High School in Special Education as an Inclusion Aide. I provide in class support for students and assist where needed. I am glad to be a staff member at Frenship Memorial Highschool and have the opportunity to provide support for our students. I will always be proud to be a Frenship tiger but also proud to be part of the Frenship Memorial Panther.
